Search Assignments:

• All search assignments are subject to written agreement outlining scope, fees, and terms • Payment terms are typically 30% on commencement, 30% on shortlist presentation, 40% on successful placement • Our standard guarantee period is 12 months from start date • Clients must provide accurate job specifications and feedback in a timely manner

Fractional Placements:

• Introduction fees apply for successful fractional executive placements • Fees are typically 15-25% of the first year's annualized value • No placement, no fee policy applies to all fractional introductions • Clients are responsible for direct commercial terms with fractional executives

Registration and Services:

• Our services to candidates are provided free of charge • We will only present your profile to clients with your explicit consent • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information about your background and experience • You should inform us promptly of any changes to your availability or requirements

Confidentiality:
